1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the platform Botomix, operated by:

The platform is aimed at businesses and end customers who wish to compare or inquire about service robots and providers.

2. Services Provided by Botomix

(1) Botomix provides a comparison and intermediation platform for service robots and their providers.

(2) Botomix does not itself offer robots for purchase or rental. Contracts for purchase, rental, or services are concluded exclusively between the user and the respective provider.

(3) The use of the platform is free of charge for end customers.

3. Conclusion of Contract

(1) By using the platform or submitting an inquiry, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions.

(2) Botomix is not a contractual party to contracts concluded between users and providers.

4. User Obligations

(1) Users undertake to provide correct and complete information when submitting inquiries.

(2) It is prohibited to misuse the platform (e.g., by submitting false inquiries, sending spam, or unlawfully using the content).

5. Information on the Platform

(1) The information about robots and providers on the platform is partially supplied by the respective manufacturers or service providers.

(2) Botomix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

6. Liability

(1) Botomix has unlimited liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty.

(2) For other damages, Botomix is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

(3) Liability for slight negligence only exists in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

(4) Liability for information or services provided by third-party providers is excluded.

7. Copyright

All content on the platform (texts, images, databases, structure) is subject to copyright. Use outside the platform is only permitted with the express consent of Botomix.

8. Data Protection

The separate Privacy Policy applies, available at: Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

(2) The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Reutlingen.

(3) Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
